Driven by Madness Games GbR (short DRIBYMA) provides this Privacy Policy to explain how it collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with DRIBYMA’s software applications, and websites (collectively, "services"). DRIBYMA respects the privacy of their users and is committed to protecting the user’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our services.
Information
DRIBYMA is NOT collection personal information of the users using the apps of DRIBYMA (2025-11).
DRIBYMA does NOT collect any personal data from users when they access a DRIBYMA website such as https://dribyma.com/game/ (2025-11).
DRIBYMA's own websites do NOT store any information about the device or user in the form of technical cookies and do NOT exchange data with third parties when the user visits the domain https://dribyma.com/ (2025-11).
DRIBYMA apps do NOT use any additional advertising SDKs within their application. DRIBYMA offers its apps free of advertising (2025-11). This may change at any time and will be displayed in the privacy settings shown to potential users of distribution platforms such as stores.
DRIBYMA's services relating to the STEAM ® distribution platform use the STEAM ® SDK to verify user licences, access leaderboards and record achievements.
DRIBYMA's services relating to the Google Play Game distribution platform do not use any special Google Play Game SDKs (2025-11). This may change at any time and will be displayed in this document or on the pages designated for DRIBYMA content within the Distribution platform.
DRIBYMA's services relating to the Apple Game Center distribution platform do not use any special Apple Game Center SDKs (2025-11). This may change at any time and will be displayed in this document or on the pages designated for DRIBYMA content within the Distribution platform.
DRIBYMA offers a service called *BALLOONI*. This service is a game app. This information also applies to the *BALLOONI* service. Finally, the real name of the service *BALLOONI* may contain a DRIBYMA distinguishes between the generally complete version of the *BALLOONI* service and the optional limited light demo version *BALLOONI RUN*.
Personal Information
DRIBYMA integrates third party SDKs into our services. These SDKs are used for analysing service usage or providing game services including achievements, leaderboards, and account management. We allow third party operators this collected data solely for internal operations of the service as permitted by applicable rules and laws. This could include, but is not limited to, persistent advertising identifiers, geolocation information, and IP address. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party operators listed below. Some of our services require or allow a user to provide a screen name so they can be identified within the service.
These SDKs are NOT used for advertising to our users (2025-11).
Non-personal Information
We allow third parties to collect some information by which users cannot be identified. Non-personal information may include technical information about your device, such as your browser type, screen resolution, device type, language, type of operating system and geo location (only general location). Non-personal information is gathered by third party services while you are accessing the service. They are allowed to use this information to conduct research and analysis, but only for strictly limited purposes. We encourage you to review the policies of the third- party operators listed below.
Internally, DRIBYMA also reserves the right to collect anonymous information for research and analysis. This information is generic in nature and cannot be used to individually identify a user. This information is collected each time a user runs one of our services.
What we do with the personal information we collect
Potential Advertisers collect data regarding advertisement performance, user’s interaction with ads, our apps and user’s interests. Collected data may include user’s personal information in order to serve users ads and for the third parties’ legitimate business interests. This depends on the target group or age rating of the app.
Third-party operators may use collected personal data to help measure the effectiveness of DRIBYMA’s promotional campaigns.
What we do with the non-personal information we collect
Third party operators are allowed to collect and use non-personal information to conduct research and analysis, or to target advertisements, or other limited purposes. This information cannot be used to individually identify any user. We encourage you to review the policies of the third-party operators listed below.
Similarly, DRIBYMA also uses non-personal information to conduct research and analysis. We do this to improve our services in future updates or to gain knowledge about how our users our interacting with the service. This is done, for example, by evaluating monthly usage and installations accessed via the usual provider platforms.
What we do with service specific information we collect
If DRIBYMA collects identifiers associated with a user’s account on a game service like STEAM ®, Apple Game Center or Google Play Game Services, then it is explicitly required for some feature in that service.
Children
We understand the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children using our services, as outlined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). For additional information, please refer to the privacy policies of our third-party operators to understand what they are doing to further protect your child’s privacy.
Services that are determined to be targeted at children will still receive advertisements from our third-party operators using its internal systems. In this case the ads and promotions will not be targeted based on collected data, but will be broadcast to all users of the service.
Currently, DRIBYMA users are NOT shown any advertisements, regardless of their age (2025-11).
Embedded call web pages
DRIBYMA reserves the right to access the sales platform's web page within the *BALLOONI* service in order to draw attention to a possible full version of the *BALLOONI* service.
This is currently (November 2025) the case in the light version of the DRIBYMA service *BALLOONI RUN* for Android™.
After completing a certain number of game sections, DRIBYMA Services *BALLOONI RUN* calls up the website https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dribyma.ballooni.
Third-party Operators
Game Services: Many of our services integrate either STEAM ®, Apple Game Center or Google Play Game Services. Each of these third-party operators offer their own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.
Analytics: DRIBYMA makes use of Third-Party service in order to measure how users utilize our services so that we may improve them, and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This concerns the ecosystem of the provider who also offers this app for download.

The package "Advertisement Legacy" is no longer embedded in this Unity project. However, the methods and functions of this package are never addressed for execution on a device and are therefore never used. The app does not make use of third-party advertising.

The *Ballooni* app saves the game progress in a file on the local device. This data is not shared. The file is located in the local, reserved, persistent application data path according to the installation of tha APP on the device. The following information is saved locally on the device in this file to record the progress of the game. These few data are: boolean isKeyboard true/false, isGamepad true/false, isTouchJoystick true/false, isSound true/false, isMusic true/false, isEnglish true/false, isGerman true/false, integer of reached game class, integer of played stage, integer of difficulty level, integer of current health, integer of reached score, integer of display zoom level, boolean isTouchJoystickAnalog true/false, isTouchJoystickDigital true/false, integer of healthRestartLevelAddition, string to store STEAM ® username (not used in Android™ and iOS-operating system), string of timestamp, boolean of isTouchPointAnalog true/false, string of finishedStages, string of currentlyPlayingSceneName, string of in-game-flags, integer games played count.
